Any cancellations later than 48 hours before your booked and confirmed reservation day will incur a non-refundable fee of the total booking amount.              

All reservations during Easter, Christmas, Long Weekends, Public Holidays, Weekends including Melbourne Cup long weekend and other pre-determined major event weekends will require payment of the accommodation either on the day of booking the accommodation or at the latest five days prior to the confirmed accommodation booking date.

Motel on Alpine also requires payment in advance for the total amount for any accommodation booked over any weekends, (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and reserves the right to apply individual arrangements, should a credit card not be owned by the individual making the booking.

The credit card will be charged for the agreed amount on making the booking and both the booking slip and credit card receipt are kept on file for you to collect on arrival or can be mailed to you the following day.

If any of the accommodation bookings are cancelled before 48 hours prior to the day of the confirmed booking a full refund will be processed and returned to you through your credit card.

Motel on Alpine may offer a transferable option for the accommodation booking if cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.
